An Interview With Ever Restaurant’s Founder
In 2015, Ever Restaurant was founded with the mission to make healthy, affordable, and delicious food more accessible to everyone. Today, the company has grown to become one of the leading healthy food companies in the United States, with a presence in over 50 cities nationwide. Ever Restaurant’s founder and CEO, Michael J. DeBartolo, sat down with us to discuss the company’s journey so far, and what the future holds for Ever Restaurant.
What inspired you to start Ever Restaurant?
I was working in the food industry and saw firsthand how unhealthy and unsustainable the current food system is. I knew there had to be a better way to feed people, so I started Ever Restaurant with the goal of making healthy, affordable, and delicious food more accessible to everyone.
What has been the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
The biggest challenge has been scale. We started out as a small company with a big vision, and it’s been a challenge to grow quickly while maintaining the quality of our food and service.
What are your plans for the future?
We want to continue to grow and expand our reach so that we can make an even bigger impact on the food industry. We also want to continue to innovate and find new ways to make healthy food more delicious and convenient for our customers.
What is your favorite thing about Ever Restaurant?
There are two things that I love about Ever Restaurant. First, I love our team. We have an amazing group of people who are passionate about our mission and are constantly finding new ways to make Ever Restaurant better. Second, I love our customers. It’s so gratifying to see people enjoy our food and tell us that we’ve made a positive impact on their lives.
What is your favorite Ever Restaurant dish?
My favorite dish is our roasted cauliflower with tahini sauce. It’s simple, healthy, and so delicious.
